A call from a man with a foreign accent saying he was the IRS and that the IRS was suing us

The is the second time I have received a call threatening the IRS was suing me.  I learned that last time the IRS only communicates to people via snail mail. This is a pure scam.  The number is now disconnected.

vm left that there's a lawsuit against us. Call immediately. We have had at least two previous to this. Called the number from my office phone and it rang and rang and rang. Never did go into a vm nor a greeting to leave a vm.
