"Samantha Davies" called me stating she was from the FBI. Said I took out a payday loan in April 2011 and then closed my bank acct. What?! Said criminal charges were filed against me and that I'm non compliant and that I'm getting sued. To get a lawyer and take it up w/the judge. Really lady?! I've never taken a pay day loan out! She had my old address and what was scary is that she had my full SSN!
