This guy called claiming there was security problems with my computer..

Did not listen to anything I said regarding me being on Do Not call list.

Told him I would be reporting him. Said don't hang up and that it is not a sales call.

Not a working number. Apparently being spoofed by persons unknown. The call lasted long enough to trigger voice mail, but left a 0 length message.

Another man with a heavy accent telling you there is an issue with your computer.  I told him there was no issue and to remove my number from his calling list.  Similar scam from Voip Caller
