6/8/16 caller id:  NOT IN USE 210 714 3501
Caller asked for a former employee.  I asked who is calling he said, "Travis, from Erin Steven's office at Concord Technologies."  *background sounds of call center*

When I asked for the address of Concord Technologies he said, "I'm sorry, we are not authorized to give out that information."

I said, "Thank you, Travis.  When you are able to provide the information you may call back.  Have a good day. Good-bye."  I hung up.
