Have received a number of calls from this number - all prerecorded message from Pretrial intervention asking that I call or have my attorney call as a case has been filed against me.  Mondays must be banner days for the scammers - I seem to get a lot of calls on Monday.  Do not return their call - ignore.  

I have received numerous calls, generally I do not answer the phone when my caller ID identifies the number (210) 702-3935, Texas call.  I have a brother in Texas with his wife and family, I am 73, Henry is 70, and how would I not know it was them calling.  Nonetheless, the caller sometimes leaves a message, when I did answer it, I was told that they were a Pre-Trial Attorney, and of course they connect me to an "investigator" who informs me that felony charges are occurring against me in California.  The investigator said that it was concerning a 'Payday Loan" from 2010.  I told her that I had no idea what she was talking about, she was constantly having to look at her apparent 'script' for lack of a better word, because there was always a pause when she needed to insert a name, place, etc.  I finally said, "Do not call this number again, Good-bye."

They have not yet called back, but' it's only been 30-minutes.  So we shall see.

Also received a phone call from this number.  They said that criminal charges were filed against me in the state of Iowa regarding a payday loan from 2010.  They stated that I have a warrant out for my arrest.  I have never taken out a payday loan, but they had all my personal information and I have to admit it scared me.  I told her that I would be contacting my lawyer on the matter.  She stated she would call me back today with updated information.  I have yet to receive a phone call..
