This number is listed on some illegally-placed "bandit" DirecTV advertising signs nailed to telephone poles along SH 46. A Google search of the phone number lists Earl Vernon Burris, III ... with River City Satellite. These signs are accompanied by another bandit sign for Dish installation with another phone number (210-485-5617). Any of the signs I come across on highway right-of-ways get ripped down. Don't Mess With Texas!
