they keep calling me and said i would go to jail...

A cash central when I recieved the cash advance in the mail. Called the company cash central and they have no record of me and said that the people tht keep calling are lying and is a scam

I received a call from 210-625-4687 from Mark Barker who stated that an arrest would be issued if I failed to pay this loan.

I have been dupped before but before I checked this out, I paid Primary Payments $825.18 and it was a loan from my sister today.

I received a receipt from JUNE KEMP (intfinservices@gmail.com)  who sent me a receipt.  What course of action can I take against this company?  Can go to my bank and ask they not send the funds?
