A robocall - A search shows this number to be from San Antonio, Texas that belongs to Georgia Perez 2214 Palo Alto Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78211. A land line using SOUTHWESTERN BELL. When you call the number back, a recording says, the number you are calling is not a working number.
