Just received a call about Fraud for some payday loan company unheard of under some other company name who then stated after 3years of failed attempts they are going to take me to court....Bring it on!!!!

Received same type of call.  Apparently, alot of these Scammers are using the same tactics and language to force you to pay by Credit Card to avoid being sued by these scammers.

i just got this call for loan as well.  Now I have experience with loans and they don't call you just when there about to take you to court and if that was the case I'd be getting a call from someone I my own state not Texas

got a call from cindy collins claiming to be a paralegal told me that they can garnish my social security check if i didnt pay for my pay day loan how stupid does she think people are there is no way in hell that anyone can touch that not even the state for back child support

My tenant just got a call from someone stating that my husband owes and they are taking the house...he tried calling them back at this number and spoke to "Natalie" who said he needed to pay $350 by 5 or it would go up to $650. He told them to send it to him in writing and not contact my tenants again, to which she said she would right away and that she was taking the tenants number out of the computer right then. She called the tenant IMMEDIATELY after(from a different number that came up from a different state), telling  him it  had to be paid right away or it would be $3000 and they'd be "coming after both your a$$es". Also, the house is mine and still in my maiden name. No one has contacted me.
