Claimed I owe for a payday loan back in 2009 and shes claimed I would have a felony arrest out on me if I didn't pay the $310.. I contacted the local state attorney General off here in Louisiana and Texas I also contacted the FBI and all parties said the same its a scam if she is unwilling to support her claim about me actually owing the debt

Just received a phone call from a presumed law firm from Texas stating I owe a payday loan amount of $417.00 I questioned the investigator about proving me with proper documentation of the account which dated back to 2008 she declined. She also stated a receipt would be sent via email or mail after payment, she did not want payment in the form of money order or check only credit card no payment plan was allowed according to the agent Mrs. Baxter. She threatened me that sheriff would be at my door serving me papers that I would have to go to court and I would have a felony for the held check. Beware !!!!!!!! I talked to two consumer protection attorneys and they also said it sounds like a scam they are not allowed to threaten or demand the full amount.

Emails are NOT notification of anything and you will not be arrested!!!  Demand written proof of the debt mailed (post office) to you.  The caller is trying to scare you!!  It is also not a felony.  The caller is a liar!!

This women is a debt collector.. she is no way an investigator.. she is not calling from San Antonio, TX. She is using either a cellphone, or one of those computer apps: Magic jack, etc. If she calls you again tell her Special Agent Thomas from Secret service of the San Antonio department would like to have a talk with her.. but I would just block the number out, she isn't worth it.

She claimed her name was Ms. Braxter from some investigation company out of San Antonio, Tx she couldn't provide me with her address or whom she was working for but wanted me to pay her for a loan I had taken out back in 2008 and theyll only take payment in the form of A: prepaid credit card, or my debit card. Stating her client didn't accept: checks, money orders, or cashier checks as a form of payment and if I refused to pay her she'll let her client know and they'll preceed with a felony bench warrant. After I played dumb with her. I instructed her to never call me again... she went on saying are you refusing to takecare of this and I said yep.. she got angry and said well do you have an attorney to be contacted when they pick you up.. I laughed she then said Good Luck and hungup the phone.. these scammer are something else
