I heard the exact same message on my answering machine. It did sound live but I figured "sorry, I was having a problem with my headset" was just a ploy to make it sound that way

I called number, got a recording that said the survey they were calling about was over.

After many, many hangups ON this time I got a recording saying my warranty had expired and did I want more info how to get reinstated. She repeated that several times but never said it it was auto warranty. I guess that was the point.
