Thanks to other posters for info.  Called our land line, no message left.  Blocked.

Caller ID showed ACCD. Caller said he was calling on behalf of a company, Clean Energy Initiative. I asked for the phone number and he said he was calling from a call center. I get these phone calls from this or other companies all the time.

Called and did not leave a message.  I called the number back and the voice mail stated that the number was no longer in service!!

CID = ACCD.  Caller hung up when they got the message on the answering machine stating we do not do business with telemarketers.  Probably a spoofed number.  Solar panels in Texas are a scam anyway.  Certain to be a scam if they are from someone who violates the do not call list.

same as above, a probably bogus telemarketer.  I  have been having  fun with that type of call by speaking in German.  works beautifully, especially with the boiler room calls from India.
