Got a call from this unknown San Antonio number today at 3:57. Was surprised that they left a voicemail, of which my machine only recorded part. The only discernable part I heard was something about "press now to take advantage of the financial stimulus." Yeah, right! Figure it is a phishing scam of some kind.
