They called today, and I ignored the call. I decided - what the hell - and called it back. It was a "Rewards Redeption" recorded message that answered. Typical garbage.

Missed called, I called back, automated system said Jessica is transferring me to (person) (heavy India accent) I think , he asked my name , I asked his, then he got rude. I told him I'm filing report ... he apologized and hung up ...
