I just received a call from this number and I did not answer they Don leave a message and if it were something that they need to speak to me they would of left a message. Probably scammers.

Left a message.  Yet again another phone number from the slimy "lower your credit card interest rate" scammers.  Called on Memorial Day.  Phone number and name are probably spoofed too.
