Look guys this number is 100% for sure the number to att voice mail for att users. People have the ability to change what a caller Id outputs. It could be several companies or individuals using this number.
For sure though if they are out pulsing a number that does not belong to them it means they don't want to be easily traced by the common person. Any and all calls from this number are in fact scams/spam and should never be trusted.
