Calls but leaves no message. The phone will ring about 3 or 4 times and then hang up.
When I finally answered, it was someone nagging me about purchasing health insurance, although I have already taken care of it. They even called me at 8:45pm this evening. The message is automated but after listening for ~10 seconds, I knew it was health-care related.

Not only do they mandate it, they contract their buddies to harass you to make sure you get it.
STOP CALLING ME!!
