Same here. I answered, they hung up, no message. Very weird. I guess they are testing for live numbers.

I recieved a call from this number. The man on the phone was calling about home loan options. I told him the phone was a work number and please take me off the call list. He tried his sales pitch again and I began to repeat myself about this being a work phone. He said I heard you the first time and you don't have to be rude. I told him he was being rude by still trying to sell me something aftter I said no thank you. He started to get belligerent and insult me. I told him "I can legally ask you to take me off the call list" and he said 'yes, legally you can, and I will" then hung up on me. RUDE!
