They claim I won the Mega Million Lottery of 3.5 million dollars

I got this same call today. Is it a hoax?

yeah , they gave my mom the name  Robert Myers  and gave her both of these phone numbers          210-399-7594  &  210-346-9570  ,  said the would be there today and that there would be two security agents to escort her to the bank,, I told her that if two guys show up at her door she better call the police.. first of all ya can't win what you don't play ..

I have received several calls from this number saying that I had won 3.4 million dollars and a bonus of 400,000 would be added to that; making it a total of 3.8 million. I was directed to send a 300.00 money order to Mi Pak at 11201 Ballantre Ln, Glendale, MD 20769-2006
