Received call from the number saying they are from the IRS leaving message to call back.  Call back and immediately receive a phone call from a Mike Smith saying he is IRS officer and that I owe money for back taxes and that will be arrested if I do not pay immediately.

Just got a call from this phone number, Adam White and since this is the second call from them with the same report.  They are calling saying that I have 5 years of unpaid taxes and that there is a law suit in action and that I need to clear it up and asked it I have an Attorney.  Since this is the second time they called, on the first call I called the IRS to make sure that there was no unpaid taxed that I was unaware of and the IRS agent that I spoke to said that I had been her 10th call that day to verify taxes.  This is a total scam.
