Does any one know who's number this is and why they keep calling?

this number called me 3 times in a row every time i answered it, no one is there on the other line, silent, so i hung up and did it again twice..how did they get my number!??

This phone number called me, I answered and there was no one there. So I decided to call back. The automated voice said it was from Checkngo.com saying that I can get a loan. Than it said that if I wanted to be "opted out" please press 9, so I did. Then it preceeded to repeat my phone number and say I have already been opted out.  Say what?! This is getting ridiculous, my cell number gets WAY more solicitations that my home number. I thought cell numbers couldn't be bought or found.

RAINBOW!!!  When you selected to opt out did they call afterwards?
