called # back and got a recorded long winded speech on why he called blah blah blah. said his name was scott, no last name given. some kind of making money scam, profits; are you happy with amount of money you have coming in. blah blah blah.  apologized for calling if you are on the ftc do not call list.  gave another #, 641-715-3900 ext#617242 to call to get more info.  also left same recorded long winded speech on my voicemail.  left message on his voicemail about having unlisted phone number and being on do not call list and that I am going to report him to the ftc.
