I called this number.  It's from PRG.  They called me earlier today from another number (888-814-8696).  I told them I didn't have a contract with them and for them to send me any correspondence through mail.  The rep refused, and had me speak with her manager.  I explained the same thing, and the manager replied that they had to make a decision today.  He also explained that the only way they could send me something in the mail is if I agreed to one of their payment plans.
