It's an AT&T subsidiary, ironically. I called it back and found out. But it's just a message, cut off at the beginning, that says that they're closed and their normal hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. I called at 10 am Monday. By the area code, it's in my own time zone, Central. So there is just no way to complain.
It does the same to me. The ID says "West", but when you pick up the stupid automated computer system just hangs up on you instead of connecting you to someone. I guess I need to call the main # and threaten to change carriers.
