I answered and it was a recorded message saying they had been trying to reach me about my "credit card account". No name given, no bank name given leading me to believe it's a scam. If it was my bank they would have used their name. It then tells you to press 1 to be contacted to the "card department". Again, pretty sure it's a scam.
