I agree with the satxresident, I got a call from this number and she said she was with the Adult Protective Services.

She was also very very rude with me on the phone and never returns my phone calls and she also was very discrimatory toward me as well.

This needs to be reported to her boss and also to the Texas Attorney Generals Office as well.
