I also live in Canada, I am a Telus customer and was called:
October 10, 6:47pm
October 17, 5:56pm
October 18, 4:09pm
and October 19, 12:47pm.

I don't usually have my phone near me at all times so I have also missed these phone calls. There have been no voicemails left, and I don't plan on answering if they do phone again tomorrow. And like everyone else, I got annoyed and wanted to find out what the number was and google brought me here. =p

I have also received numerous calls from this number- 210-280-8487. I also have Telus phone provider. This is becoming not only annoying but it is becoming a form of harrassment. Agreed?

I am a telus customer in Canada and I get calls from them numerous times a day. It is terribly annoying but I am not going to put my number on a do not call list- those lists are sold to telemarketers!! I do not know if I am being charged or not, it is my corporate cell phone, I do not see the bill. I am not going to pay to download the app to block it so I just have to ignore it.
