I first received a call yesterday at my job from "Ricky Bell" with a thick Indian accent claiming that I had a payday loan that was never paid. I requested in writing an invoice but he could refused to send me anything in writing and kept demanding that I give him a credit card for the payment. I told him that I would be happy to pay the bill if I had some kind of invoice but he kept refusing to send me one. He threatened me with a lawsuit and told me I am going to JAIL! Today he called and said his name was "Jacob Mathews" but it was the same person I spoke with yesterday! Yesterday he claimed to work for the Bureau of Crime investigations and today he said he worked for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Agency.

I received a call from the Colorado Springs Sheriff Dept. at 719 583 4730, Sheriff Omar Lucia said I had to call Samual Baxter at 210 280 1924 a restitution officer about a financial theft.  I tried to call that # 4 times and get a busy signal.

Do not call the 210 number, do call the 719 number and ask them if they had one of their officers call you.
I would bet they did not and they would most likely be very interested that a scammer is impersonating one of their officers and using their CID info to mask the call.

Received a call a t 8:10A.M. but didn't answer.  I called the 719# yesterday and it was the Pueblo Sheriff Dept.  and had no record of a Omar Lucia.

I recieved a call from someone with an Indian accent and since I would not give them my name they started making sexual comments towards me and telling me they were going to report me to the police.  There wer several men on the phone in the background telling him to keep talking to me.  I recieved many phone calls from them from different numbers such as 210-280-1924, 863-450-3425, and even from 911!
