calls 3 times daily does not say anything, caller id says1-866-627-8121, when calling back I get the voicemail box for 21-251-0280

I receive a phone call every day sometimes several times a day from a 866-627-8126 with "Name unavailable". The caller always hangs up without saying anything. When I try to call back and ask them to stop calling I get a voice mail for number 210-251-0280. The voice mailbox is always full.

Who can I contact to stop these harassing daily calls?

Here are the people behind this.

ARS Home Air Conditioning Services.

The phone calls are originating out of San Antonio, Texas from a ARS company called  "We Fix It".

If you have ever had an Air-conditioning Service done from any of ARS's subcontractors your number gets put into their robo-call program. Then you are screwed.

UPDATE:

If you are in the Florida area you can also call a Supervisor for the ARS/EAS in Orlando. Her name is Jacquelin Capossi. You can reach her at 407-299-0068.

You are receiving these calls because you made the mistake of getting and estimate or work done by an ARS contractor.

Think about this before you call them to fix your AC.
