Every week day for the past few weeks I've been getting calls from these 210 area codes in the early to mid afternoon...... they all start off with 210-249-10##, the last two digits are always different.... I never answer any phone calls from numbers that I don't recognize unless the caller leaves a voice mail.... but I got sick of these calls constantly leaving no messages, just calling every monday thru friday about twice a day, so I called one back merely 5 minutes after the phone quit ringing to find out who it was, but the numbers all come up as disconnected.

I have gotten 4 calls from odd numbers today, none of them show up as an actual telephone number, just a 4 digit number.  all 4 4 digit numbers shows up on one of these list as a full number, anyone know who this is or how to stop it?

the numbers I got calls from were:

1017 - asked for me by name
1021 - did not answer
2003 - did not answer
2015 - could not understand what the caller said

today i got a call from 1019. i silenced the call and right away my phone rang again from 1017. I answered and they said they were from the us gov but i could barely understand him. he asked for me by name

i received a call from a number, 1017. they asked by name. my cell phone has been receiving these types of calls sporatically. i am not sure who they are but would like to know
