I have received a text in regards to purchasing my vehicle. States he can't call me because of strict rules where he works and he says he works for the military. Told him I want nothing to do with his scam via text. The number that pops up whenever he texts me is: 234-414-1371. Good luck.

I received the same. He said that he could only receive texts and was all very secretive. He could only pay using paypal.
Sounds a little fishy to me.
