CID showed Name Not Found. Didn't answer and thought the number looks strange.  I've never seen a real phone number that starts with a zero after the area code.  No telling what this is about.

Did not answer... no message left.  Like previous poster... I thought the number was odd also.  I'd say the odds are good that this is a spoofed number... and when they have to resort to using that... you KNOW it can't be legit.  Yet another number to block.
