I keep getting phone calls from that number.

My daughter received a call from this number. A man said that she will need to hire a lawyer because their are 3 law suits filed against her. He had the name of her bank, her cell number and the last four of her social. The person said that funds for a loan had been transferred to her account and the loaner has not been repaid?? My daughter check with the bank and they reported no transfer has been made to her account. She just turned 18 and just got her own bank account. The only idea we have about this is she informed me that she looked into a "payday" loan but upon finding out the terms, she declined. I think she may have unwittingly provided her id info. However this happened this is clearly a scam or the biggest of company mistakes. She was also told that someone will arrive at her home tomorrow with details.

I also got a call this morning and I was fishy about it because the man threatened to hang up in my face or do something to my face if I cut him off again.   I immediately hung up and decided to investigate when the man I spoke to  would not provide the name of the company he was calling from.  I recently got a payday advance as well and that seems to be where they got their information from.  I am happy I was not the only one and relieved to see that this is just a scam.

These people are rude and also a fraud. I'm glad I looked up the info. They also told me that I got a loan from them. Which NEVER HAPPENED. I tried reaching them from a land line. Noone said anything. But when I called form my cell I was able to get a answer. It was scary because they had  the last 4 of my social. BEWARE they also threatened to call my job ect...

They actually left a message at my job.  I need to know what to do about this.  This is ridiculous!
