Caller had a foreign voice. Said he was from microsoft. That I had a problem with my computer, and they would fix it for me. I was to switch on my computer and he would talk me through fixing the fault. I asked him for his number and I would call him back. I have no intention of calling him back but thought, logging the call with you might alert other users.

BEWARE -- this number was given to me by a scammer claiming to be from Microsoft because I wanted to verify the caller.  When I googled the phone number and the CLSID number he provided, it turned out that this is a well-known scam designed to get people to turn over control of their computer to the scammer....

Everytime i call the number back 0730400969 it has been disconnected i paid $2000 for a website but i can not gethold of this person when i call. i am not sure if it is a scam when the person call the number +12098900429 always get redirected to another number
