Received a call on my cell from this number. Was inquiring about someone that called them yesterday. Would not give any other information other than the company he was representing if he was telling the truth. I do not know how he had my cell number.

I have had the same problem. I get as many as 7 calls a day from this number. When I called it back, the guy said that he hasn't called my number and he didn't know who did. I am not sure what company it is. He said in his database that there was no record of anyone calling my number. Maybe it is computer generated.

From Diversified Collection Services Inc. Their 800 number is 800-866-5317. They were trying to collect on unpaid taxes from the state of Virginia. I haven't lived their for 5 years and can't for the life of my figure out what could have possibly been left unpaid in such a large sum. Don't know if this is a scam, or poor accounting on someone else's part, or some huge foul up of my own.

They called us on April 15th and April 18th looking for $7000 in unpaid taxes from the state of Wisconsin.  We have never lived there. Looking for a junior of the same name.  I see they are out of Livermore, California.  I am reporting them to the State of California.
