I just got a call from Chantel Hernandez. She scared me that if my husband does not call her right away, he will be in big trouble". I am going to call her and ask if she wants to talk with my lawyer.

Obnoxious woman, mousy voice, kept calling me by my first name to gain confidence and make me think it was legit that she was trying to locate someone.  No doubt a collection agency calling from neighbors off an easily obtained street index.  Can't knock someone for doing a job with the skills she's been trained to employ, but there was no excuse for her rudeness and condescension when I told her I would not even acknowledge who I am.  She glibly replied that if I didn't want to help, there were plenty of other "neighbors" she could call.  If that rude [***] calls me again, she'll get an un-neighborly earful.  I'm sure she's used to it.

Her name is Chantel Hernandez and she works for the DCS Collection Agency in Livermore CA.  I have recieved calls from her too.  I agree with you Hockster.
