Keep getting calls on my cell from Melissa looking for Roberto & his brother.  I get the feeling she doesn't believe me when I tell her that I don't know who these folks are.  My phone is pre-paid to cut costs but every time she calls I get charged for it.  Who is Melissa?  And who are Roberto & his brother?

This is a collection company, rude, inefficient, and I have reported them to the BBB.

These people are rude, have incorrect information, and have hung up on me more than once when I've tried to clear things up.  I believe they are scam artists.  Beware.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the police.

I tried to call them to tell them they were wrong, they hung up twice ( Melissa Melendez at 3518 and Analissa at 3599), I finally got Kelli Tilley's voice mail, 3547. I will contact everyone I need to...Better Business Bureau is only the beginning...
