Total scam.  Trying to get you to press 1 to get to a "live operator", who then verifies you have a Chase, Citi, or Bank of America credit card.  After a long sales pitch, they want the "last 12 digits of your credit card".  Well, duh - if they've confirmed the bank, they already have the first four (for example, citi visa is 4128).  Giving them the last twelve is the entire credit card number.  They also work to get your expiration date and name.  Scam, Scam, Scam.

This number called me on my cellphone at 9:12 a.m. on January 12, 2015.  I did not know the number.  When I answered a female voice said she was from "your credit card company."  Since I have never given my cell number to my credit card company, I knew it was a robo call and hung up.
