Called regarding lowering credit card interest rates.  Lady sounded like she was from India, tried calling this number back but got a fast busy.

I got this too. On an American holiday and with no credit cards right now. Hope it's not ID theft.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

The caller left no message, but just a call back number.  I didn't call back.  It is a holiday!

Caller ID says Kaiser Foundation - did not answer, no message left.
