Standard credit card debt scam robocall. I seem to be getting sequential calls from 209-822-430x numbers, and that looks superficially similar to my own number but with the wrong area code; I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or if they're intentionally spoofing/using numbers that appear local if you don't notice the area code.
