i rec'd a call fron 209 813 2718 saying they were from microsoft windows support center, it was a man from India & he said his name was barry smith  but he did not sound like a barry smith his accent sounded like a person from India, also the phone # on my caller id showed the number 036-1010, when I asked for the phone # he gave me 209 813 2718 but my phone did not show that number.

I just received a call from 036 on my cellphone and it was an Indian accent. The guy told me I've been downloading some malicious stuff and I interrupted him asking for his phone number. I didn't even give him a chance to say what he wanted but he gave me a number starting with 209. I hang up before I could hear the rest cause the signal was really bad. SCAM!!!!!!
