I received a message from Office Ryan White from the IRS stating that there is an arrest warrant issued for me and that my physical address is under federal investigation. then he demands that I call him back as soon as possible at this number..2 minutes before this I received the exact same recording from Officer Ryan White at 209-975-7465

Same exact message that Pamela got.

My mother received the same call saying the same exact thing..first of all noooo federal agency will announce your under investigation and as they would definitely already know your name...Ignore this fraudulent call...

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
