This is a debt collector scheme. If you've recently been receiving similar spoofed 'solicitation' calls (ie. Veterans/Police Assoc, IOLO tech support, Children's Cancer, etc.), hang-ups or abusive exchanges when trying to communicate you'll recognize the m.o. and know it's a bottom-feeder debt collector. The purpose of the calls is to verify your identity because the junk debt they've purchased is so old (out of SOL) it does not have accurate contact info. They've used skip tracing techniques to try and find what they think is a current contact number and are using spoofed phone #s and spoofed company/association names to dupe you into confirming you're who they're looking for. If they say they want to mail you something it's only to confirm your address so they can start mailing threatening demands for payment. Block or don't answer and if your name is included in your voice message you should change it.
