This number keeps spamming my cell. I am on the Wisconsin Do-Not-Call list and should not be receiving these. My cell is not just for personal but for business as well and this company should be fined for the number of times it has spammed my number.

Got a text from the number about 123cashdirect.com. I am on the do not call list too. Dam very annoying.
