The caller said that my computer is having too many errors and wanted to help me to fix it otherwise he can disconnect my internet service.  I just told him  "No, thank you"  and hung up the phone line.  Beware this is a prank call.

Called me twice in the last 5 minutes... threatened to cut my internet and told me he worked for Telus. Too bad for him I don't get my internet from Telus... and I recognized his voice from previous similar scams. I told him if I hear from him again, I am reporting him to the police for harassment.

I wouldn't wait. Report them now

Called my land line. Used my cell phone, "this number is not in service" when I checked. When I told them it was not a legitimate number, he told me that although the call centre is in India the company is from outer space, Mars or Pluto is my guess. They offered to save my internet connection from being disconnected so I offered to send him back to head office off the end of my foot. Did I make a MIKSTAKE?

Mentioned he could fix my internet connection from a telephone number that is out of service. I mentioned I would remove his power source with pleasure.
