Got a call from this number too. They said the IRS had a lawsuit against me. Didn't call back!! Blocked the call on my cell phone.

A message was left on our phone that this call was from the IRS and this is our final notice. We must call immediately as they are going to file suit against us. Interestingly, the number they left did not appear on the read-out on the phone as all other calls do. Not sure how that can happen . . .

It was a recording saying the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us & we needed to call them. This was over a month ago and you would think I would have gotten something via e-mail or snail mail stating this? Haven't received either. Wouldn't trust.

THIS IS NOT THE IRS
This is a fake scam call using fake number and spoofing. They are in PAKISTAN. Told them impersonating a Federal agency is illegal then all of a sudden said they aren't the IRS. Told them of the fines associated with fake scam calls and robo calls and the criminal implications at which point they confessed they are form Pakistan. Don't be stupid and give anyone claiming to be the IRS Any INFORMATION!
