This person is involved in identity theft. He or someone he knows stole my credit card out of our mailbox at 5:30 am Sunday April 11th. It's a new account so it had to be activated. This man, Rafael (Eudu) Altamarino came at 11:15 the same day with some of my mail, borrowed my phone, went into his car and called to activate the card. He was unsuccessful, thank God, but I'm trying my very best to get him arrested and as always the police are slow to act.
