Claimed to be the IRS but I don't think the IRS calls first. They always send mail first.

I got a call that I'm in trouble with the IRS and to call or they will take me to Court. Obvious fraud. I have received no written communication from the IRS and am in no difficulty.

Got a call from this number claiming to be the IRS and that they were filing a lawsuit against me.

Received a call advising me to call 209-643-0152 regarding a lawsuit that the IRS has filed against me. This is obviously a scam.
