Called. Left a short cryptic message that sounded truncated in which only two words were understandable: "...been declined.". Since our business has not applied for any new financial accounts or services, I assume this is just more of the endless scam spam we endure every day.

Called at 2:12pm - BLOCKED!
We have had the ENTIRE 209 AREA CODE blocked for over two years.
No calls from the 209 area code can make our telephones ring...not even once!
Have no idea who these caller are - and don't care - CID 2096424057.
Please do not answer unknown telephone calls - they are ALWAYS SCAMS!
Please NEVER call the number back.
