This is a scammer who is harrassing my elderly mother.  They call with threats of having her arrested for criminal charges, even though she never leaves the house and does not drive.  This is the second time she has been threatened to be arrested if she does not give them personal information or pay them money immediately.  She has not been arrested on the dates they have threatend.  We have asked them to please send something in writting in the mail to show who they are and what the supposed crime is that she has committed, and they refuse...only to repeat that they are going to the court house and will have her arrested.

I just got a call from them. 1st I hung up, then they called back. The they stated their name which I could not understand except for they were in a legal department. I told them I had already looked into this phone number before and they were a scam & they weren't going to waste my time. They then called me back and "transferred me to the legal department", thick indian accent. Spoke to someelse with a very thick accent calling themselves "Mark Brown". They told me to call 209-624-8724 which is the number they called me from according to caller ID and I told him that. He then stated "of course". Then he said call this number back and give the representative case number KL192. I do want to call to see what it's going to be but at the ame time I am afraid it could have a bad effect.

Just Received a phone call From This number.  Guy With a very thick accent could not understand him.  Very Much a scam, I would know if I had any criminal charges against me and they would already have all of my information.  Research Told me they got my info from some sort of pay-check advance company who got my info from a third party.  this advance company has also been skimming money off of my checking account and cause me to eliminate myself from having any bank account for the last two weeks.   Please look at you friends and familys bank accounts............

This guy has also called me and the same crap.This is a scam and I have called my police department. They are aware of him and they are in the process of tracking him down. He is treatening people and trying to scare them out of there money. I had my phone service block him from my phone. He really needs to get a life and find and job to make his own money. What a LOOSER he needs to go back to his company and find a job were we out sourse our jobs to
